Ryan Seacrest Makes His Return To American Idol

In the spring of 2018, Ryan Seacrest made his return to American Idol. He has been the host of this show throughout its time on the air, although he was a co-host for its first year. Beyond American Idol, he has been a television producer and both a radio and television broadcaster.

He has the number one syndicated radio show, On Air with Ryan Seacrest. He also has a very popular morning talk show which is Live with Kelly and Ryan, not only serving as a co-host but also as the show’s executive producer.

For the past several years, he has been hosting the annual extravaganza Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. He also hosts the top awards show on TV which is E! Live from the Red Carpet.

His television production firm is Ryan Seacrest Productions. This production firm has won an Emmy for its top-rated show Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution. Among the other television shows he has produced are Shades of Blue, I Love Kellie Pickler, and Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Ryan Seacrest (@ryanseacrest) has expanded into being a lifestyle brand. At Macy’s, they exclusively sell his line of menswear, Ryan Seacrest Distinction. Available online now and soon in stores is his line of skincare products for men, Polished by Dr. Lancer.

He has used some of this success philanthropically. He opened the Ryan Seacrest Foundation and is its chairman of the board of directors. This nonprofit installs broadcast media centers inside of children’s hospitals. He has partnered with several of these hospitals across the United States and is looking to expand into others.

He also serves at the Grammy Foundation as an honorary chair and on the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s board of directors.
